How long does delivery take? For Australian orders, standard delivery is typically 3-7 business days depending on your location. New Zealand orders are typically 7-10 business days.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

What is your returns policy? If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.

Is it safe to order from your website? Yes. Cazana is powered by Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? Not currently, but feel free to get in touch if you have a specific request and we will see what we can do.

Are you a real person? Very much so. Cazana was created by a woman in her 50s who runs, does reformer pilates, lifts weights, shows up to parkrun, and owns a cocker spaniel who has strong opinions about walk schedules. The AirToes™ Foot Reset System came out of her own experience with foot pain after years of being active — so yes, this product is personal. There is a real human behind every order.
