Returns

All returns must be requested and approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of mind
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
We encourage you to choose carefully before purchasing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Hygiene
For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as toe seperators, massage balls, resistance bands and socks cannot be returned if they have been opened, worn, or used, unless they are faulty.
Resolution
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll advise the next steps.
Where a return is required, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
