AirToes™ Toe Spacers

Give your toes a little breathing room.

Your AirToes™ toe spacers are designed to gently separate your toes, encouraging natural toe alignment and helping your feet move the way they were designed to.

The best part? There isn't a "right" way to wear them.

Because everyone's feet are different, you may find the curved side feels more comfortable facing one direction than the other. Simply try both ways and wear them in whichever position feels most natural for your feet.

Getting started

  • Start with 5–10 minutes a day.
  • Gradually build up to 30–60 minutes or longer as your feet become accustomed to them.
  • Wear them while watching TV, reading, working from home or simply relaxing.
  • They can even become part of your post-walk or post-workout recovery routine.

A few handy tips

  • Comfort comes first—don't force your toes into position.
  • Everyone's feet are unique, so take your time finding the orientation that feels best.
  • Consistency beats marathon sessions. A little each day is better than once a week.

AirToes™ Textured Massage Ball

Give your feet the massage they deserve.

After a long day on your feet, a walk, a run or a workout, your feet deserve a little attention too.

The Textured Massage Ball is designed to help release tension through the sole of your foot, making it the perfect addition to your daily foot recovery routine.

How to use

  • Place the ball under one foot while sitting. While watching TV, at the dining table. Anywhere!
  • Slowly roll it from your heel towards your toes.
  • Pause over any areas that feel particularly tight or tender.
  • Continue rolling for 1–2 minutes on each foot.

A few handy tips

  • Use gentle pressure to begin with, then increase it if comfortable.
  • Roll your feet before or after exercise, or simply at the end of a busy day.
